COOKING

How can we prepare our favorite foods in a fun and creative way?

FOOD CULTURE

Where in the world is this food from and how should we eat it?

POSITIVE EATING

Although carrots are an everyday food, potato chips are an "occasional" food, but we can still love them both.

BODY IMAGE

Learning to love our unique bodies, as well as the foods that we put in them.

MINDFULNESS

By being mindful eaters, we become aware of everything that we put into our bodies and how that makes us feel.

Our goal at Chef Namaste is to improve the way children view food, teaching them early on successful healthy habits to nourish positive associations with food and body image.

"I love Chef Namaste classes! Learning about new foods from all over the world is so much fun. My favorite class was when we made guacamole, quesadillas and a beet salsa from Mexico."
